Lewyll Communications was born in 1989 and our focus has never left Advertising, Media, Marketing & Communications. The team has experience on both sides of the media and advertising desk. Rob Jones – founder and recruitment guru

Rob is the founding member of Lewyll Communications. He played a pivotal role in the way recruitment changed through the boom of the 70’s and 80’s, and he is the genius behind the unique approach Lewyll Communications takes to modern media and advertising recruitment.

Michelle Jones – the industry perspective

Michelle joined the Lewyll Communications team in 2005 and with over 10 years’ experience in the advertising and communications industry has extensive knowledge in what both the client and candidate are looking for and going through. One word describes Michelle’s relationships with clients and candidates alike – “empathy”.
